Rolfing® is a manual method to improve the human body's structure, posture, and movement. Mobilizing the connective tissue in a specific way has a liberating, beneficial and lasting effect. The body regains its natural relationship and alignment with gravity and overall well-being improves. You will gain a deep insight into this fascia method and the relationship between gravity, the connective tissue (fascia) and the alignment of the body.

Judit Ruiz-Onandi, Advanced Rolfer® and Teacher in Training at the Dr Ida Rolf Institute® Europe, will present a brief introduction to the theoretical and historical background of Rolfing.
There will be time for questions at the end.
