In this three-day workshop, Rolfing is viewed as a tool for enhancing bodily functioning and emotional and mental resilience. The workshop builds on concepts such as haptic touch, biotensegrity, interoception, and the significance of language and metaphors. Participants will engage in practical exercises using props, specific touch and movement sequences, and will practise evocative language and directional movement prompts with their peers.

Themes:
· Exploring the role of haptic touch as a trigger for perception
· Understanding the anatomical model of biotensegrity
· Understanding the importance of interoception
· Harnessing the power of body metaphors to evoke education and integration
Practical exercises:
· Using simple props for movement -sequences
· Collaborating with peers to practice evocative language and directional movement prompts in a Rolfing session
· Enhancing the perception of flow between hands and feet
· Fostering awareness of kinesphere and peri-personal space
· Focusing on interoception and exteroception for resilience enhancement
Throughout the workshop, participants will engage in experiential exercises and have the opportunity to exchange sessions with their peers. The workshop aims to empower professionals to integrate key Rolfing® concepts, and effectively utilize language to evoke clients' integration-related sensory experiences.
